This policy outlines the process for returns, refunds, and cancellations, and is designed to be compliant with the **Consumer Protection Act, 2019**.
1. Order Cancellation
Before Shipment
You may cancel your order at any time **before it has been shipped**. To cancel, please contact us immediately via phone or email using the details provided below. If the order is cancelled before shipment, a **full refund** will be processed.
After Shipment
Once an order has been shipped, it **cannot be cancelled**. You may, however, refuse delivery of the shipment or initiate a return as per the guidelines in Section 2 after receiving the product.
2. Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges for most products under the following conditions:
Eligibility for Returns:
- The return request must be initiated within **7 days** of you receiving the product.
- The product must be in its **original condition**: unused, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
- You must provide the **original purchase invoice** or order number.
Non-Returnable Items:
The following categories of products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are received in a **damaged/defective condition** or if the wrong item was shipped:
- Products marked as "**Final Sale**" or "**Non-returnable**" on the product page.
- Innerwear, socks, and other **personal hygiene products** for reasons of health and safety.
- Products that have been **used, damaged, or altered** after delivery.
Return Process:

- **Return Authorization:** We will provide you with a **Return Authorization Number (RAN)** and instructions on how and where to send the package.
- **Ship the Item:** Please securely pack the product(s) in their original packaging and include the original invoice. The **RAN must be clearly written** on the outside of the package.
- **Inspection & Approval:** Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria. We will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your return.
3. Refunds
Eligibility for Refunds:
Refunds will be issued in the following scenarios:
- You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
- You cancelled the order before it was shipped.
- You returned an eligible product as per our return policy.

- In cases where only some items from an order are returned, a partial refund will be issued for the returned items only.
4. Damaged or Defective Products / Wrong Item Shipped
If you receive a product that is **damaged, defective, or not what you ordered**, please contact us within **48 hours** of delivery. You may be asked to provide photographs or a video as evidence. We will arrange a free reverse pickup for the product and, upon verification, will either dispatch a correct replacement at the earliest or process a full refund.
5. Shipping Costs for Returns
- **Our Error:** If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective product shipped), **we will bear the cost** of the return shipping.
- **Change of Mind:** If the return is for any other reason (e.g., change of mind, size exchange), the **customer will be responsible** for the return shipping charges.
